Meditation Room exists to provide a rich, practical and immersive resource for those wishing to discover or broaden their spiritual path in life, those who simply need a place to relax each day, the curious, the confused, indeed anyone seeking spiritual direction or physical and mental renewal. All are welcome here.

A meeting place

We do not promote any one path or method over another, for only you can make that choice. In this space we bring together many traditions, here the many become one. The choices presented to you are limited by what works in your web browser, it is not our purpose to provide an exhaustive catalogue of the world's spiritual traditions.

We can do no more than offer a taste of what is possible. To quote from Zen tradition: all instruction is but a finger pointing to the moon; and those whose gaze is fixed upon the pointer will never see beyond.

Who we are
